1.1 kg. flour (9 1/2 cups) 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup sugar 3 tblsp. fermipan yeast MIX
1 litre warm water 1 litre warm milk ADD and MIX
1/2 lb.just melted butter 1/2 cup cooking oil 2 tsp vanilla 6 egg yolks ADD and MIX
6 egg whites beaten stiff - mix into dough (don't overmix) Divide dough in 3 containers and let rise. As soon as dough is rising start baking.
