LIVER SAUSAGE

4 - lbs. pork liver
2 - lbs. pork meat (scrapes)
2 - lbs. bacon (side pork from neck)
2 - tblsp. salt
1 - tablsp.ground cloves
     peppers
     big intestines

- Boil liver-meat-bacon in salted water for 3/4 hour.
- Take out of water and grind fine (as fine as possible)
- Boil again and if there is to much fluid, scoop some off.
- Add spices to taste.—When thick enough fill casings but not to tight.
- Prick with needle and boil for ±10 minutes
