Leek Soup

1 L. water (boiling water)
200gr. leek
250gr. potatoes
25gr. butter or lard
   pepper and salt
   bay leaf and thyme

1. Clean vegetables and cut in ± 1/2 inch. pieces.
2. Warm up butter with herbs.
3. Add vegetables and sauté.
4. Add cubed potatoes and boiling water. Simmer until
    vegetables are soft (± 20 minutes).
5. Use blender (or hand blender) to make it creamy
  - add pepper and salt to taste.
