9 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter, if possible unsalted
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp. sifted icing sugar
1 tsp. coca mixed with 3 tbsp. brown sugar
Melt chocolate in hot water bath or microwave oven. Mix butter
in first, then add egg yolks and icing sugar. Mix thoroughly,
let cool but don't refridgerate. After it is hardened make balls
of appr.1/2 inch diameter with the aid of a small spoon.
(the balls may be uneven) Roll them in a mixture of cocoa and sugar.
Hide in frigde until serving time.
