APPLE CARAMEL PUDDING CAKE
8 tblsp. or 100gr. soft butter 2 c.apples,cored,peeled and cut in small
1/2 c.brown sugar pieces (optinal)
1/2 c.granulated sugar 8 med.apples-cored, peeled and cut in
1 egg slices or pieces
2 c.of flour 1 tblsp.flour
4 tsp.baking powder 1 1/2 c.boiling water
4 tsp.vanilla 2 tblsp.butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup brown sugar
2/3 c.milk
-Cream butter. Add sugar - egg and vanilla - beat until creamy.
-Add milk.
-Mix baking powder, cinnamon and flour and add to previous mixture.
-Last, add apple pieces if desired.
-Arrange the rest of the apples in a baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tlbsp.
each of flour and cinnamon. (Cinnamon is optional)
-Add butter and brown sugar to hot water and pour about half of it over apples.
-Scoop dough over top and pour the rest of the sugar water over it.
-Bake for ±40 minutes at 350°F
Note
Tart apples are better than sweet ones.
